Enchanted Moorish

During the Muslim occupation of the Algarve, several legends and myths emerged of enchanted Moorish girls who were trapped in bodies of mermaids and other animals.

These myths are part of traditional culture and persist in the stories that are still told today by local people and by those who believe they have seen mermaids on our coast.

To honor our ancestors, we have created this digital art in the form of an NFT, which can be obtained here and kept as a souvenir of your visit to Lagos.
